Planning matters will normally be discussed and decided upon at Parish Council meetings only, but from time to time the Planning Committee may need to consider planning applications due to deadline constraints. Planning meetings will not take place if there are no live planning applications to comment upon.  

Minutes are in draft form until they are signed at the next meeting of the Parish Council.

These will be called when required – regular applications will be considered at Full Parish Council meetings but if deadlines or size/ nature of the application determines a separate meeting then a further planning committee meeting will be called and advertised accordingly.
