Members of the public are welcome to attend to observe meetings of the Council. If you have direct questions requiring a response, it is best to email the clerk on clerk@lingfieldparishcouncil.gov.uk.

Planning matters will normally be discussed and decided upon at the Planning Committee meetings only, but from time to time the Full Council may need to consider planning applications due to deadline constraints. Planning meetings will not take place if there are no live planning applications to comment upon.

Minutes are in draft form until they are signed at the next meeting of the Parish Council.
